Intercultural Effectiveness for Personnel Participating on Missions in Fragile States

The goal of intercultural effectiveness is to minimize the risk of failure and enhance both the individual's and the mission's chances of success in a difficult international environment.

In support of Government of Canada personnel working in fragile states, the Centre for Intercultural Learning, as part of the Canadian Foreign Service Institute, has developed a number of resources and services.
