Ministerial Visit to Asia

Prime Minister Stephen Harper, accompanied by ministers Baird and Fast, traveled to Asia March 22-27, 2012, on official visits to strengthen Canada’s relationships with Thailand, Japan and the Republic of Korea.
On March 26, Minister Fast hailed the recent conclusion of a number of commercial agreements as proof of the ever-growing commercial ties between Canada and Japan.
