Minister Day travels to India

India's parliament Minister Day travelled to India where he met with senior Indian ministers and prominent members of the Canadian and Indian business communities.

His trip promoted increased investment and trade between Canada and India and helped improve Canada’s visibility in India as an innovative partner. Minister Day also participated in the Confederation of Indian Industry’s annual Partnership Summit. Senior officials from Canada’s nuclear industry accompanied Minister Day to promote expanded cooperation in this sector.
