Dear Mr. Krotov, The Mutual Aid Board, at the meeting of February 6th, again considered the question of the disposal of the industrial equipment and supplies referred to in my letter to you of January 19th since no reply has been received by the Mutual Aid Board to the proposals set forth in the above mentioned letter, the Board has instructed the Director of Administration to arrange for the disposal of this material, making such changes in specifications as may be necessary. The Board regrets the necessity of having to take this action and wishes you to be informed of its decision in this regard. Yours very truly, | |
