Applications for Canada-Spain youth mobility programs accepted starting in February 2010
The Government of Canada and the Government of Spain have completed their respective dometic procedure to bring into force the Agreement between Canada and Spain on Youth Mobility Programs, signed on March 10, 2009 in Ottawa. Interested persons are invited to submit their application starting February 1, 2010.
