Information For Media Representatives
Equipment Delivery
All large pieces of equipment entering the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) facility for the conference tomorrow must be delivered through the ICAO loading dock between 12:00 hours and 18:30 hours on Sunday, January 24, 2010.
Accreditation Badges
Accreditation badges may be picked up on Sunday January 24, 2010 from 10:00 hours to 22:00 hours and on Monday, January 25, 2010 from 06:00 hours to 9:00 hours, at the media accreditation desk in the lobby of the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel, Mansfield Entrance, 900 René-Lévesque Blvd. W., Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Media Centre
Only accredited media will be allowed access to the media centre and at media events at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), which is located at 999 University Street, Montreal. Media representatives are asked to use the University Street entrance.
All media representatives must arrive at the ICAO building prior to 09:00 hours, on Monday, January 25, 2010. All media representatives will be screened by security upon arrival.
Workspace at the Media Centre (ICAO, Level 1) may be limited.

Staff will be on site to direct media representatives to the media centre. Only WIFI Internet and telephones will be available on site.
Live Pool Feed
The live pool feed will be available on site and at the Montreal TOC. PGAD will follow. The aspect ratio of the pool feed will be 16:9.
Media Events
Photo opportunities may be organized on site throughout the day if bilateral meetings between Canadian ministers and lead participants are scheduled. Information will be provided to media representatives as soon as such events are confirmed. No live feeds of the bilateral meetings will be available.
All photo opportunities and media events may be pooled. All media pools will assemble at the media centre 30 minutes prior to the event.
Food & Beverages
A continental breakfast, lunch and beverages will be available adjacent to the media centre. No food or beverages will be allowed in the media centre.
