Are you a student?

DFAIT has two hiring programs specifically for students. As well, students can access two fellowships managed by DFAIT: 

• Cadieux-Léger Fellowship
• Human Security Fellowships

Training

Government of Canada employees from all federal departments can take advantage of career development training through the Canadian Foreign Service Institute. There are also training opportunities directed towards foreign service officers.

Locally-Engaged Staff
