Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada Opens its Doors for Doors Open Ottawa

Travelling abroad this summer? Get some sound advice on safe travel and how to stay connected to Canada in case of an emergency. Passport Canada will be present to help visitors requiring a passport complete their electronic application form.

New this year: a tour of DFAIT’s Emergency Watch and Response Centre. Take a behind-the-scenes look at what happens during an emergency response abroad. At the event, participants will be invited to fill out a questionnaire to enter a draw.

Doors Open Ottawa is the National Capital Region’s largest heritage event, unlocking more than 100 of the city’s most architecturally interesting and historically significant buildings.
