John Baird, Canada’s Foreign Affairs Minister, meets Catherine Ashton, High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of the European Union. The pair met in Istanbul, Turkey on the margins of the meeting of the Contact Group on Libya. This was their first face-to-face meeting and focused both on Libya and the proposed EU Fuel Quality Directive.
