John Baird, Canada's Foreign Affairs Minister meets with Franco Frattini, Italy's Minister of Foreign Affairs. The Ministers discussed the situation in Libya and agreed that the international community must continue to support the democratic aspirations of the Libyan people through engagement with the National Transitional Council in Benghazi.
