John Baird, Canada's Foreign Affairs Minister, meets with José Francisco Niembro González, Undersecretary of Innovation and Technological Development at the Mexican Ministry of Public Security in Mexico City on August 15, 2011.
 
Mr. Niembro gave Minister Baird a tour of the Intelligence Building and explained how the Platform Mexico information-sharing project works.
