Minister Baird attends the OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting in Vilnius, Lithuania
December 6, 2011 - Vilnius, Lithuania - Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird attends the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Ministerial Council in Vilnius, Lithuania.
In Vilnius, Canada will continue to work with participating states to maximize the OSCE’s effectiveness and, specifically, to promote human rights, democracy and security throughout the region.
