Minister Baird Meets with Israel’s President Shimon Peres
January 30, 2012 - Jerusalem - Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird meets with Israel’s President Shimon Peres in Jerusalem.
The Minister discussed a wide range of issues including Canada-Israel bilateral relations, regional security and economic cooperation.
This is the first leg of a Middle East tour where Minister Baird will engage in a series of high-level meetings.
