Minister Baird discussed a range of issues with his G-20 counterparts, including the global economic situation, food security and human development.
The G-20 is the world’s premier forum for international economic cooperation. Together, the members of the G-20 account for more than 85 percent of the world economy and two thirds of the world’s population. By helping to coordinate approaches, the G-20 helps to advance our government's top priority: the economy.
