Baird and Ablonczy Welcome Mexico's Secretary of Foreign Affairs Espinosa
May 30, 2012 - Ottawa - Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird, the Honourable Diane Ablonczy, Minister of State of Foreign Affairs (Americas and Consular Affairs),and Mexico’s Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Patricia Espinosa, met today in Ottawa. The ministers reaffirmed the strong relations between Canada and Mexico.
