Canada and the Philippines Agree to Establish Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation
June 21, 2012 - Ottawa - Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird with Albert F. Del Rosario, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines, in Ottawa today. Baird hosted a working lunch with Secretary Del Rosario, during which they signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a joint commission for bilateral cooperation.
