The Honourable Bernard Valcourt, Minister of State (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency) (La Francophonie) meets with Abdou Diouf, Secretary General of the International Organization of La Francophonie, in Paris. They discussed some of La Francophonie’s major priorities, such as the 2012 Kinshasa Summit and the French Language World Forum, which will take place in the city of Québec in July 2012.
