Diane Ablonczy, Minister of State of Foreign Affairs (Americas and Consular Affairs), meets with Dr. Jack Mintz, Palmer Chair in Public Policy Professor at University of Calgary and Courtney Murphy, Director of Development of the School of Public Policy at University of Calgary on August 17, 2011 in Calgary.
They discussed reducing disparity in the Americas through the promotion of good governance and ways to support capacity building from the ground up.
