Minister Day to Visit Europe to Promote Trade Opportunities
The Honourable Stockwell Day, Minister of International Trade and Minister for the Asia-Pacific Gateway, will travel to Europe on a trade promotion tour.
Minister Day will visit Vilnius, Lithuania, on May 4 and Riga, Latvia, on May 5. He will highlight Canada as a supplier of high-quality goods and services, Canada’s expertise in the energy sector, and the importance of the European Union as Canada’s second most important trading partner.
