International Trade Minister Peter Van Loan to Showcase Canada’s Innovations
Promoting Canada’s depth of talent, innovations and investment advantages at the G-20 Summit
(No. A/111 - June 24, 2010) The Honourable Peter Van Loan, Minister of International Trade, will hold a media conference followed by a tour of the Experience Canada pavilion to promote Canadian business innovations to international media during the G-20 Summit in Toronto on Friday, June 25, 2010.
Minister Van Loan will showcase world-class Canadian innovations and leading-edge technologies on display at the pavilion and promote Canada’s many strengths as a premier destination for business and investment.
Media is invited to join the Minister to experience interactive displays that include 4-D theatre, 3-D advanced imaging and digital gaming technologies, renewable energy and telerobotics.
