Reminder - International Trade Minister Fast to Discuss Benefits of a Canada-EU Trade Agreement with Nova Scotia Workers and Business Leaders

(No. A/70 - September 13, 2011) The Honourable Ed Fast, Minister of International Trade and Minister for the Asia-Pacific Gateway, will meet with Halifax-area business leaders for a round-table discussion on Wednesday, September 14, 2011, in Halifax.

Minister Fast will discuss the Government of Canada’s ambitious trade plan and the benefits of broadening and expanding access to more markets, such as the European Union, and how this will benefit Canada’s East Coast economy.

Following the round table, the Minister will hold a photo opportunity and will be available for one-on-one interviews.
