Minister of State Gosal to Update Indo-Canadian Business Community on Canada-India Free Trade Talks

(No. A/98 - December 13, 2011) The Honourable Bal Gosal, Minister of State (Sport), on behalf of the Honourable Ed Fast, Minister of International Trade and Minister for the Asia-Pacific Gateway, will provide an update on progress to date toward a Canada-India free trade agreement as the third round of trade negotiations takes place this week in Delhi.

Minister of State Gosal will lead a round-table discussion with Indo-Canadian business leaders on December 14, 2011, in Brampton, Ontario. He will highlight the government’s commitment to deepening Canada’s trade with India in order to provide economic benefits to Canadian workers and their families.
