Reminder - International Trade Minister Ed Fast to Highlight Accomplishments of Prime Minister Harper’s Successful Trade Mission to China

February 21, 2012 - Following Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s successful trade mission to China, where several agreements were reached that will deepen the trade and investment ties between Canada and China, the Honourable Ed Fast, Minister of International Trade and Minister for the Asia-Pacific Gateway, will speak with business leaders in Vancouver, British Columbia, on February 22, 2012, about how these agreements will help take the Canada-China trade and economic relationship to the next level.

Minister Fast will be accompanied by Alice Wong, Minister of State (Seniors), and by Wai Young, Member of Parliament for Vancouver South. Following his remarks, Minister Fast will be available to take questions from the media.
