Minister Fast with Canadian companies interested in doing business in Libya.

January 29, 2012 - Tripoli, Libya - International Trade Minister Ed Fast meets with Canadian companies interested in doing business in Libya during a corporate social responsibility round table. The event provided Canadian companies with an increased understanding of what it means to work in the new Libya and how best they can support long-term stability. The Minister also highlighted the work of Canada’s trade commissioners and the embassy in Tripoli, which reopened in early September to help facilitate Canada-Libya relations.
