John Baird, Canada’s Foreign Affairs Minister, visits the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Ottawa on July 26, 2011.
Minister Baird signed a book of condolences expressing - on behalf of all Canadians - sincere sympathies to the people of Norway in the wake of deadly attacks in Oslo and on the Island of Utøya.
