Buttermilk (other than powdered buttermilk), curdled milk and cream, kephir and other fermented or acidified milk and cream, whether or not concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter of flavoured or containing added fruit, nuts or cocoa, that are classified under tariff item No. 0403.90.91 or 0403.90.92 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff.
