How to apply
You may be able to apply online for a citizenship certificate (proof of citizenship). If you can’t or don’t want to apply online, you can apply on paper. Paper applications must be submitted in person at either the Embassy of Canada in Phnom Penh or the Consulate of Canada in Siem Reap, during designated consular public hours, by appointments only. Complete your citizenship certificate application before booking an appointment to present your documents in person.
