Citizenship services
Canadians in Uganda applying for citizenship certificates and/or passports are required to send their applications via registered mail to the Consular Section, the High Commission of Canada in Nairobi, Kenya (Limuru Road, Gigiri, Nairobi, Kenya).
The Consulate of Canada in Kampala provides citizenship and passport services in cases of emergency, by appointment only, on behalf of the High Commission of Canada in Nairobi, Kenya.
