Authenticate your documents

There are 2 ways to submit a request to authenticate your documents.

You can submit your request using the new triage portal. Please note you will still need to send your documents for authentication by mail if you submit your request online.

The online triage portal will confirm the requirements for your document.

You will be able to track the status of your request online. 

You can submit your request by following the instructions, printing and completing a paper form (PDF).

You must read the instructions on each step carefully to confirm if your document is eligible for authentication.

Note: The timeframe to process your request is the same for both options. Find out the current processing time.
