Management Accountability Framework
The Management Accountability Framework (MAF) assessment is an annual evaluation report compiled by the Treasury Board of Canada and the Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada to measure the management performance of government organizations. It enables public service managers, especially deputy heads, to identify management priorities to strengthen the performance of their organization.
The Management Accountability Framework (MAF) is intended to translate the vision of modern public service management into a set of management expectations.
