Service standards

Service standards for high-volume regulatory authorizations publicly state the level of performance that citizens can reasonably expect to receive from Global Affairs Canada under normal circumstances. They benefit the many Canadians, particularly businesses, who must at times seek regulatory authorization from the federal government to engage in a regulated activity.
