Modification: Parliamentary Secretary Brown to Deliver Remarks and Announce Support for Pediatric Nursing Care in Ghana at Event Hosted by the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids)

January 12, 2015 - Lois Brown, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of International Development, will deliver remarks and announce support for pediatric nursing care in Ghana on behalf of the Honourable Christian Paradis, Minister of International Development and La Francophonie, at an event hosted by the SickKids Centre for Global Child Health.

Parliamentary Secretary Brown will highlight Canada’s global leadership role in improving the health and survival of women, newborns and children in developing countries.

The event will be broadcast live on the web.

A media availability and informal reception will follow the event.
