In keeping with Global Affairs Canada’s policy, the Government of Canada is seeking input from Canadians on the administration of the Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) for refined sugar exports to the United States under the WTO. Sugar that is wholly obtained from Canadian sugar beets and refined in Canada is eligible for this TRQ.
