Technical Assistance Partnership program

Objectives

The Technical Assistance Partnership (TAP) program promotes Canada’s leadership around the world. TAP connects Canadian expertise with governments and public institutions in partner countries that are eligible for Official Development Assistance (ODA). TAP is activated when a partner country’s needs align with Canada’s expertise and objectives.

Program parameters

TAP focuses its support on national-level government entities in ODA-eligible partner countries. It funds short-term technical assistance initiatives.
