Check the status of your request
There are 2 ways to check the status of your request, depending on how you submitted it.
If you submitted your authentication request form using the online portal or you received a Service Request Number beginning with R-, you can check the status online.
If you do not have a Service Request Number beginning with R-, you can check the status by filling out a status update request form.
