We offer training for spouses and partners as they prepare for a posting abroad.

• Pre-Posting Session: Psychological Preparation for a Posting
• Pre-Posting Session: Health Awareness for a Posting Abroad
• Pre-Posting Session: Moving with Children
• Pre-Posting Session: Moving Abroad with Tweens/Teens
• Pre-Posting Session: Introduction to the Foreign Service Directives
• Pre-Posting Session: Refresher on the Foreign Service Directives

Courses

• Fundamentals of Personal Security
• Hazardous Environment Training (mandatory for critical threat missions)
• Intercultural Effectiveness

Registration

Government of Canada employees and provincial co-locators will need to contact Learning-Apprentissage@international.gc.ca to determine eligibility and registration procedures for their spouses and partners.
