Results-based management for international assistance programming: A how-to guide
Results-based management for International assistance programming: A how-to guide (PDF version, 1.6 MB) will help you understand how to design and manage your projects or programs for results.
Results-Based Management is a way of thinking about your projects or programs. It helps you manage them more effectively throughout their life cycle:
- initiation (analysis, project planning and design)
- implementation (results-based monitoring, adjustments and reporting)
- closure (final evaluations and reports, and integrating lessons learned into future programming).
The guide will be updated periodically as required. Enquiries (including alternative versions) concerning this guide should be directed to gar.rbm@international.gc.ca.
