If you need to submit an authentication request and technical difficulties are preventing you from submitting your request using the triage portal, please follow the manual submission procedure.

Other ways to submit your authentication request
You can also submit an authentication request manually by following the instructions. You will need to submit a physical Authentication Request form with your request.
You must read the instructions carefully to confirm the requirements for your document.
If you submit your request manually by completing the Authentication Request form and you need to check the status of your request, you will have to use the manual status update request form.
