Softwood Lumber Exports to the United States: Additional Export Charge on Softwood Lumber Products Originating from Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan - SER-173

Highlight

The Canada Revenue Agency, which is responsible for the administration of the export charge, pursuant to the Canada - US Softwood Lumber Agreement, 2006 has posted a notice on its website announcing the application of an additional 10% export charge on exports of softwood lumber products from Option B regions as of September 1, 2010.
